  • Chef’s Tips
Marinate overnight for the most tender and flavorful lamb.
Use leg of lamb for juicy, evenly cooked kabobs.
Keep meat pieces a consistent size for even grilling.
Don’t overcrowd the skewers—leave a small gap between pieces for better heat circulation.
Let the meat rest before serving to retain its juices.
Tzatziki tastes even better after chilling for an hour, allowing the flavors to meld.
  • Storage
Refrigerate leftover lamb kabobs in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Store the tzatziki sauce separately for up to 4 days.
Reheat the lamb gently to avoid overcooking. Tzatziki is best served cold.
